- eliminate free parking
- charge fair market value for parking (where else in Manhattan can you get such cheap square footage)
- enforce parking violations
There would be more curbside parking space and people would not need to double park in the bike lane putting cyclists lives at risk.

Not that simple. Where do you park something of this size? Hmm...and still be within a safe distance from your money pickup?

If the city would:

1-800-888-2129 They will make you wait forever, and when you complain, the operator will tell you that they are abiding by company policies.
