Sanitation permit = ATM run?

Just ran in to the bank...and thanks to the sanitation permit, the traffic agent won't give me a ticket (the traffic agent looked at the permit and walked on). New Grand St. bike lane.

Another un-civil servant attempting to abuse a placard. Plus if I'm reading it correctly, it says it is only good at the waterfront and expired last June 30!
