Cops Having Their coffee in the Bicycle Lane

Didn't have the nerve or time this morning to engage these cops over their decision to inconvenience and endangder bicyclists by drinking their coffee in the bicycle lane.

Likely would have done no good anyhow. It is their "right" to break the law when they choose to.
