Why is this labeled as a TLC behemoth? It does not have T&LC or even livery plates. It has passenger plates.

I find it amusing how you are completely unwilling to correct traffic violations that are on the books as completely illegal, but you pounce pretty easy when someone mistypes something on a blog. Very telling. You work for the NYPD buddy, not LAPD, get your job requirements straight. We actually have to ENFORCE the law here, not actively defy it and break it down.
