And if the cable guy didn't show up between 8 and 12 you would call up Time Warner to pitch a fit. If you want cable service, you have to let the guy park somewhere.

Delivery and Service trucks can get double parking permission. You can never get permission to park in the bike lane. It is dangerous and illegal.
