Livery Won't Share "Sharrow"

This livery driver parked on top of the sharrow at the end of the West 77th Street bicycle lane and left his car. Since you have to turn right here to get on the West Side bike path, he's right in the way. Oh, and can you see the red-painted fire hydrant he's parked right next to?
