Had a long talk with the 911 lady at DOT on Friday regarding my service request on this apparent spill over from a permitted construction site onto the bike lane. Not sure if that (or my discussions with the crew or their employer) was responsible, but today the lane was clear. We'll see if this is permanent. If so, I'm looking forward to declaring this bike lane "liberated!"
