This guy's case is a bit more understandable than those how precede, there's a car double-parked across from the bike lane (on his right). But he was right behind the garbage truck, there was no reason for him to pull into this pinchpoint as he sat and waited, blocking me (it is also against the law to do so). Did he like the smell?
