First she pulled into the bike lane and left her car to drop off her laundry, leaving us completely hemmed in as shown in the photo. Then she got back in the car and drove about 5 yards up the block, still in the bike lane, and parked again, forcing us out into traffic. She threw up her hands at us when I asked her to move.
