This guy has $520 in parking tickets (http://nycserv.nyc.gov/NYCServInquiry/NYCSERVMain ), and that is after ~$100 in fines were written off by the Department of Finance. By his own admission, he parks here weekly, and I have caught him blocking this stretch of the bike lane before ( http://nyc.mybikelane.com/post/index/143 ). Let's see if he remembers to keep the bike lane clear next week.

Just another example of a commercial vehicle parked outside the American Museum of Natural History in the bike lane. This driver does not appear to care whether he endangers bicyclists by forcing them into a single lane of traffic, as he has left his vehicle unattended in the bike lane. Hooray for the NYC Stipulated Fines Program!
