This is the second time I have caught and scolded these employees of Tucci Equipment (working under permit granted by NYDOT to Tully Construction) parking their truck and construction materials in the bike lane on 78th Street when their permit does not allow them to do work on 78th Street, only on West End. I told tully in writing that they have to stop, and sent them a link of the public posts of their unlawful and dangerous activities. Let's see what happens.

The supervisor of the construction crew cutting open the northbound lane of West End Avenue just south of 78th Street (employer--"Tucci Equipment") assured me that his crew had only "temporarily" stored these stell plates in the bike lane. We'll see. For shot of culprits, see #2
