To be fair, the NO STANDING zone that he would otherwise be parked in (we hope) is blocked by a construction dumpster (visible here in dark green on the right).

The City should zone this stretch of Hudson St as "commercial load and unload only." That would allow this guy room to park away from traffic and the bike lane. Instead, he chose to park in the bike lane.
