I was in a rush so I didn't photograph the second offender, but I spotted these two in the Class A path on Tillary St. yesterday morning. This happens alot duing the morning rush - and I think it may because many people are dropping off passengers at that relatively new Cesar Pelli building used by the CIA. Then they make a left to go down the Class A path instead of backing up and going down the street.

DOT "Special Events" truck parked in the 5th ave lane. There wasn't even anybody in the car.

Look at the enormous empty spot he could have parked in...And he was reading the paper while he ate, too.

I stopeed and told them to leave...they did.

This guy is always here...I understand he needs to make a delivery - but there was ample space on the other side of the street, as usual.

She was parked and clearly at work (to be parked there all day)

I made that perlious turn from Tillary to Admas street so I can get on the Manhaatan Bridge and I had to stop short because a car was camped out in the bike lane.
I asked to cop who sitting there to say something and she told me to do it! Is that my job or hers?
