You can't tell by this picture, but there are at least 2 other cars lined up behind this one. The stretch of 9th Street between 6th and 5th Avenues in Brooklyn is ALWAYS full of livery cabs, volvos, and minivans. I've seen many, MANY meter maids and street cops walk by and never bat an eye. 5th Avenue is much, MUCH worse.
