I was on foot when I noticed a cyclist being punched by a motorist. The cyclist told the motorist that he shouldn't be in the bike lane, and the motorist got out of his car, screaming and hit the cyclist. I snapped a few camera phone pics after he got back in his car and drove to a parking spot.
He then lied to the police and said that he never got out of his car. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pics of him before he got back into his car.
Just waiting.

It's just too easy to wait next to an empty parking spot. Carelessness or inability to park correctly?

Thank you for your note and picture. I’ll forward both to our head of transportation as well as to area management. Our drivers should park legally and in places that don’t bring harm to themselves or others.

"MY PREGNANT WIFE IS IN THE VIETANMESE RESTAURANT! - She's going to give birth any minute!"
(but enough time to argue with me about his lazy parking for 4 minutes)

They cut off a cyclist in the bike lane at about 25 mph to get in the lane.
Go back to Jersey! ... and park your SUV there!
Jay Street and Willoughby, Brooklyn, NY
SUV driver double parked on Jay Street. Both driver and passenger were sitting in the vehicle while it was idling.
Seriously? What about that huge parking spot next to you?
Fulton and Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY
Delivery truck blocking bike lane on Jay Street, Brooklyn. I reminded the guy that he was blocking the bike lane and he told me to F* off.

Chose to block the Grand Street bike lane when legal (and commercial designated parking was right across the street)
Seriously?
160 Lafayette Street, New york, NY
Parking was right behind them. Blocked the lane for 10 minutes.
My favorite was when the guy took his folding bike out of the truck.

Lazy passengers who can't be bothered to lug some stuff across the street, decide to load up in bike lane and force a few cyclists out into traffic - for their convenience.
